FT FOH Manager
Company is now seeking a FT hands on Manager. Position is days only with two consecutive days off weekly and requires a seasoned team leader with at least 2 years previous management experience in an upscale, full-service cafe/scratch bakery. Extensive food and coffee experience preferred with some retail background. Experience in corporate settings and with a toast POS system helpful. We seek someone wanting to learn and grow and able to foster our team of retail workers/servers and help them develop into a better sales team with strong food knowledge. This role oversees the team by delegating tasks and responsibilities with a detailed emphasis on Customer service. Now on our 13th year here in our Belmont location, we’re seeking someone that can help develop our retail team and grow our retail bakery and corporate catering business. We are expanding our core staff in anticipation of a huge influx of business due to the new development, both retail and residential, opening right across the street in the next 6 months.

Retail & Cafe Bakery Staff
Company is now seeking energetic, ambitious, and dedicated individuals with a passion for serving exceptional food and drinks. Located in Belmont directly on the 73 bus line on Trapelo Road. We are interested in outgoing people who genuinely like interacting with customers and are detail oriented. Past experience in a high end cafe and bakery is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Great environment for culinary students, externship, or an after school job for students that can commit to 2 shifts weekly and a one year commitment, weekend availability is a must.

Looking for a part – time server for our busy bakery, cafe, and catering company. Saturday and Sunday roughly 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with some flexibility. FT Pastry Chef
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in a scratch kitchen / bakery and will have been in a lead managerial position for at least 1 year.
Must be able to follow our tested recipes, as well as be creative to develop new products seasonally. Our business has grown tremendously over the years and we have become a go to destination for all things food and pastry. We have a growing catering business, we do corporate catering and our restaurant is open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch and brunch. We have a retail following selling cakes, pastries, coffee and prepared foods. Seeking someone who can multi task, give direction, encourage others, be a production wizard and super organized. Great opportunity for someone looking to transition to days only. This position is Tuesday – Saturday roughly 7-5 with some flexibility. We welcome good references, if your old employers loved you, we probably will too!

PT Cake Decorator
We are looking for PT experienced cake decorator to ease the load of our busy Pastry Kitchen. This position offers flexible hours and great starting pay. If you have at least 3 years of experience building and decorating cakes we’d love to hear from you. We ice exclusively with Italian meringue Buttercream as well as assorted ganache coverings. NO FONDANT! We’re looking for an independent worker and innovative decorator to become the newest member of our pastry team.
